RE: NOTICE OF TRANSFER OF ZAR1.5 BILLION TO 5172 SA FARMERS - GABM SA DROUGHT RELIEF PROJECT DONATION.

Dear Sirs,

We are delighted to inform you that we have processed and approved 5172 drought relief funding applications from South African farmers.

We are determined to conclude the ZAR1.5 Billion GABM SA Drought Relief Project matter swiftly on behalf of our members, notwithstanding the fact that TLU / TAU – SA is still refusing to return the original 250 Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bonds to us, as requested on several occasions (also indicated in the e-mail which has been forwarded to you).

Detailed information about Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bonds:

A. investmentsngglobaldollar.blogspot.com,
B. https://35success.blogspot.co.za/2018/05/investment-sng-global-dollar-bearer.html

We have subsequently instructed CamRey Associates to arrange an auction on our behalf in Johannesburg yesterday at which another 200 Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bonds were sold to South African investors.

The funds will not be transferred out of South Africa and an amount of ZAR1.5 Billion from the proceeds of the auction will now be transferred to the applicable 5172 South African farmers.

As the South African Government regrettably failed to respond to several of our earlier communications and did/could not accept our invitation to be represented at the GABM SA Drought Relief Project ceremony in New York on Thursday May 31st, 2018 (see attached Appendix A) to participate in this remarkable event, we respectfully provide the South African Government and/or any applicable financial regulator and/or law enforcement agency with an opportunity to officially object to the transfer of the ZAR1.5 Billion to the South African farmers on legal or any other grounds before close of business on Wednesday June the 13th, 2018 if:

A. The ZAR1.5 Billion donation from our non South African members is unlawful in anyway; or,

B. The South African Government does not approve of the GABM SA Drought Relief Project grant to the South African farmers for whatsoever reason; or,

C. It is unlawful for South African citizens to trade (buy and sell) in Investment SNG Global Dollar Bearer Bonds.

The ZAR1.5 Billion will be transferred directly to the applicable 5172 South African farmers on our instructions, and should be concluded by Friday June the 15th, 2018 subject to us not receiving any valid and/or official letter(s) of objection from the South African authorities as mentioned above.

We would furthermore like to confirm that the ZAR1.5 Billion is a philanthropic grant to the drought stricken farmers of South Africa, having no reciprocal financial or any other obligation of any kind except from:

A. All farmers who have received funds from the GABM SA Drought Relief Project are required to keep all information about the particular donation private and confidential, for obvious reasons; and,

B. All farmers who have received funds from the GABM SA Drought Relief Project are required to provide GABM with an Affidavit about any knowledge of the Agri SA, and TLU / TAU SA, and Media24 smear campaign against the Paulsmeier Inc Group, and GABM SA Drought Relief Project, and Mark Paulsmeier as well as how the perceptions of South Africans have been influenced by the applicable lies, deceit and betrayal. These Affidavits will be used in future criminal and civil legal proceedings in South Africa and in several other international jurisdictions. The attached Appendix B will form the basis of all legal proceedings.

Your support to conclude the Mark Paulsmeier GABM SA Drought Relief Project initiative as well as our members’ meaningful contribution to the drought stricken farmers of South Africa would be profoundly appreciated.

Please be advised this letter is not considered private and confidential and we intend to disseminate it in the public domain as well as on the GABM Facebook page.

Yours sincerely,
Dennis Arnold
